Requires BS degree or equivalent technical training and 2-3 years relevant experience.

This is an entry level position usually requiring knowledge or experience in one of the following areas: logic and flow diagrams; testing and debugging; or an applications programming language. Typically requires an associate degree and 1-2 years related experience, or equivalent.

PROGSR Programmer - Senior.
Prepares specifications and programs of a highly technical or complex nature. Assists Systems Analysts/Programmers with application or technical problems. Senior level position requiring advanced technical knowledge in all areas of applications programming, system design, and update, storage, and retrieval methods. Usually requires at least 2-4 years programming experience.

Analyzes, evaluates and modifies existing or proposed systems and related devices. Coordinates with users to ensure timely and efficient manufacturer's software release installation. May design, encode, test and debug programs or user defined modifications. Usually requires a 4 year degree and 4-6 years relevant experience, or equivalent.

This is a senior level position usually requiring a 4 year technical degree and a minimum of 4-6 years experience in systems analysis.

Develops and provides content for the organization's web site. Performs as editor of the site's content and gathers and researches information. Designs graphics to enhance the look of the site. Responsible for making improvements or enhancements. Usually requires a 4 year degree in English, Journalism, Graphic Design, or Communications and 2-3 years experience in web page design and HTML.

Designs and implements internal and external web pages and applications. Converts documents into HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) or other complex programming language. Determines user's needs, strategies, and goals and develops web pages that meet those needs. Typically requires 2-4 years IS and/or internet experience.

Leads in the analysis of organizational needs and goals and the design and implementation of internal and external web pages and applications. Consults with users and project teams to determine requirements for web pages and related applications. Typically requires 5-7 years IS experience and 3 years Internet or network experience, or equivalent.
